Set Menus are actually single products with long descriptions. These can contain details about the set menu bundle and any other information you require.
Go to the page you want to create your set menu and click the large 'Edit' button in the top left hand corner. This will activate the 'Edit Mode' for the page. Tip! If not already, you will need to create a separate eMenu Block for your set menu products, where product descriptions are being shown.
In the section where you wish the products to appear, click and choose 'Add Block'. Select 'eMenu Section' from the List.
Give your eMenu a 'Section Title', make sure that 'Show Product Description' is set to 'Yes'. Now you can add your set menu products.
If you have not created your set menus yet, you can click 'Add dishes to menu', and then click on 'Create new product', in the top right corner.
Give your product a Title (e.g. 'Set Menu A (for 2)'). You should also make sure that you fill in the description for your new set menu product. This description should list the dishes included in this set menu. e.g.:
Starters
Onion Bhaji
Meat Somosa
Sheekh Kebab
Main
Lamb Korma
Bhuna Chicken
Sides
Boiled Rice
Plain Nan
Once you have finished, click the 'Create product' button at the bottom of the popup.. Tip! For more information about adding products: Add products for the first time
You should now select the set menu products that you have created, by choosing them from the list (in the 'Select Dishes' popup form).
Click the 'Add' or 'Save' button to display your new set menus (making sure that 'Show Product Description' is set to 'Yes' - so that your menu descriptions will be displayed!).
Finally! Now that you have saved the page you need to publish the changes so that they can be seen by visitors to your emenu browser website. Hover your cursor over the 'Edit' button in the top left hand corner and then click on the 'Publish my edits'.
